My New Favorite

So yesterday I had to teach at church and although I really stunk at my lesson, I still felt okay because I was wearing this cute skirt, and my black boots as well! I just found my new favorite store, Down East Basics. If you live or have lived in Utah you most likely know about it, it's a place which specializes in longer length tops and layering tees. For a girl with a torso the length of a sequoia this place is just a little reminder that God exists! I just got this skirt there-they have really cute skirts and everything is really reasonably priced as well. The selection is limited, but if you're looking for length, check this place out at downeastbasics.com

p.s. they also have long maternity tops as well! (almost makes me want to get knocked up again just because I know the tops will fit me. almost.)

I'm so jealous. I wanted to buy some boots this last weekend. I held up the pair I wanted and Trent looked horrified. And just said ankle surgery. Alas the Jerry Seinfeld look (only tennis shoes) wears on me. I'm also envious of your sequoia figure too. Come on I'm a bonsai.

I know what you mean.....I had to order EVERY SINGLE pair of maternity pants from Gap Maternity online through BOTH pregnancies.....only place I could find long lengths in a size 16...but at $50+ a pair, YIKES! Us tall gals gotta stick together :)

I LOVE Downeast Basics! I'm surprised that you just found it since you have lived there like forever! :) That's where I got most of what's in my closet now. Anyway, glad you guys are doing well!

I bought myself boots last week for the first time and I am in LOVE. They make me feel so cute! I wish I had this store here in Florida. Just another reason to come visit right?...

Way cute skirt! I only shop at Down East Basics when I with the Co-ed. They, uh, don't carry my size.
